I bought this lovely dill paper on a whim and cut and folded the text block, and then sat on it for a while not sure what to do with it. I was playing around with the boards I’d cut to match it and struck on the idea of using the very deep gutter of these huge dictionary pages I had, with the interesting edge created by tearing them out of the block, to trim the spine edge, and then it was an obvious next step to use text sections to line the quires.
I’d also been playing around with ecoprinting during the week or so before I went back to this book after ignoring it for a while, so I’m excited to have a little sample book for that area of work
